The great room is bounded on two sides by a gracious covered deck, which is really an extension of the interior (through 8-foot-high sliding doors and screens).
This 600 square foot deck has comfortable furniture and offers commanding views of the 50 X 15 freshwater pool, tennis court, and all of Shoal Bay, to the north, east, and west. Hardest choice: view the sunset from the beach or the deck…can’t go wrong either way.
The sunsets never get old...pinks, breezes, quiet. Ah!
Twilight is magical...but later, turn off all of the lights and enjoy the stars, planets, and shooting stars. When the moon is full, you can read by it

This is the northeast deck corner: when there is sun here, the other corner is shaded. When the sun moves west, this corner is shaded...don't worry, it's a short walk either way.
